We take pride in all our team members and the dedication they put towards their work. We do our best to encourage and recognize our top performers to create a friendly, yet competitive, atmosphere among our whole staff.
This year all the managers at Bailey & Wood joined together to select levels of performance including the Legends Club level, the Champions Club level, and the Executives Club level. Every team member has a chance to enter into one of these clubs by the end of each year.
