As you have probably seen, Governor Holcomb of Indiana issued a “Stay at Home” Directive that begins tonight at midnight until 11:59 pm on April 6th. This order requires all individuals to stay at home, unless they meet one of the exceptions. One of the exceptions is for people who work for “Essential businesses.” Lenders, title companies and appraisers are all considered “Essential Businesses.” Therefore, we are still open and working with a few precautions to benefit you!
